Will not connecting

Hello people,

I hope that someone can help me as soon as possible.
I have problems with my cloud it cannot be connected.  Since the electricity  is falling down. It will not connecting. The blue led blinked constantly. What can I do?

You need to explain your problem better than this. What do you mean by, electricity is falling down??? Where and how are you connecting your device??? Are you using Windows, Apple etc. and what type of device, desktop, laptop, tablet etc.?


The blue LED stays a solid blue unless it is in the standby mode. See my You Tube video.
