Will not back up / remains in "Ready to perform back up"

When I press the tab “back up” it says:
“CATEGORIZING YOUR FILES”
then:
“READY TO PERFORM BACK UP”
but it stays like this and does nothing.
I don’t know how to give a demand for it to MAKE the back up.
This was not a problem before; it did it automatically, and after the back up it confirmed back up completed.

BTW I cannot press “Run Back up” , but only “Pause back up”…

Hello,

You mentioned that you were able to perform the backup before? Did you update or did anything before this happens.

yes it worked before OK and did all the back-ups.

Funnily it worked again since correspondence, however then not again!

Try to uninstall and reinstall the application.
