i want to get the new WD tv live can i add my WD elements play to it as i cant watch mkv and it has no dts feature on it so if my WD elements play has mkv file on it will it play going through the new WD tv live

Don’t think this will work…
You can transfer the files from the EP to a supported drive and connected to the WD TV SMP
Actually, I would think it should work.
But keep in mind that the EP must be powered on manaully… Simply turning on the WDTV won’t power up the EP.
what kinda support drive will work with the wd live tv smp
