Will Cloud Drives work with a server

I want to purchase a 6TB clould storage device, but will need to access from my home server which is running WIN2008 server software. Is there any issue with this? 

Also, would it be preferable to connect the device wirelessly to the network or in a gigabit switch?

Anyone have any idea for backup software for our desk and laptop?

Hi, check the My book live duo. You can use wd2go for remote access, a wired connection is always more stable.
