I have problem with my passport wireless. I need to wait more than 20 minutes for wifi connection in my WD HDD. I already reset the wifi connection and also read the manual. I’m looking forward a solution of my problem, thanks

No color on WF-FI LED. I have to wait more than 20 minutes until it turn blue
May be you have weak wifi signal there…
Seems like your device is having a tough time powering up. Can you submit a ticket to the WD support team for further examination?
Are you kidding? I may be having a similar problem. I just give up after 5 minutes and try to reboot. Maybe if i wait longer the wifi blue LED will come on? Did you ever get a response on this issue?
