Why have you creat no Network Products Issue Reporting Item ? So many user have so many Problems with his network devices but nothing from you are interested of this problems ;(.

Please create a Network Products Issue Reporting Item and PLEASE FIX the lot of Bug’s in the Network Products, please.

Hi, just so you know WD doesn’t offer direct support on the community, the issues section is only to report a problem you have. If you really need to fix a problem contact tech support directly or share the problem on the forum to see if there’s  a solution.
