Why is the RMA status not updated?

I received a replacement for the hard disk a couple of weeks ago, but the status of the RMA request No. [REMOVED DUE TO PRIVACY POLICY] has not changed, and now I don’t know whether to register the received hard disk or whether everything will work out after some time. For the first time I use the hard drive replacement service under warranty, so I don’t know how it should happen.
