Why is same external drive in Backup source and target

Hi I want to remove the external drive which is a backup source from backup target.
Cant find a way of doing it.
any ideas

Hi IlunaMy software is WD Smartware Version 2.4.16 and the external drive in question is a Samsung Drive not a WD.Thanks
