Why I can't register my product for Warranty?

I bought the WD My Cloud recently. I tried different ways of registering the product but all failed. It says

Please fix the following:
There is not enough space on the disk.

Tried to contract support through email but the robot replied “Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, this email is not monitored.”

How should I get the proper support from the company?

I’m having the same problem. I also tried registering my HDD via the Support Portal but that also returned an error: “Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page.”

I hope someone could look into this so that we could register our purchased products for warranty and support purposes. Thanks!
