After registered my passport, why can I not login on https://www.wdc.com/ with the same email address and password, and why is there not a my account botton on the website when it turns to Chinese?
It always says please enter a valid email; what does it mean? Are the email not as same as the one I registered my passport? If not, how can I sign up a WD account?
