Why don't these show up on LAN

It seems every time a new Firmware is updated that MyCloud drives no longer show up on LAN as network drives. Why on earth after 3-4 years Western Digital can’t get this problem resolved? I use these as backups and half the time they appear and half the time they don’t.

I am so disgusted with this problem. When will these be fixed

What OS are you using where the My Cloud doesn’t show up on the LAN? Windows 10?

I have Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1
This has corrected itself… I had to reboot my entire network (router, modem, each pc) and reboot each of MyCloud drives, this has brought it back up.
