Why does the family directory have a character that looks like a question mark in it?

I have WD Discovery for Windows 10. Why does the family directory have a character that looks like a question mark in it? I can’t access that directory from command line!

@rick1stl “Family” is a special folder on the My Cloud Home that includes a Tool Tip. Some tools support special character(s) and some “like RoboCopy” do not.
