the drive keeps shutting down and I have to unplug it and re-plug it in to recognize it plus it won’t run a full test on drive it fails but passes other tests with wd drive utilities but was working fine before plus after debug it says might not be compatible with usb 3.0 but it’s been plugged into the same usb port all this time . any suggestions ?
Did you check after formatting the drive?
