Hi my hard drive is not bootable on my laptoop and i do ahard test diagnoses and said no hard disk what i do please help me the hard have alot of important files …sorry for my bad english

Was this the original drive that came with your computer? If the hardware has failed you will not be able to boot from it and it sounds like the diagnostics has told you that it has failed if it can’t detect it.
