Why cant replace the file in WD My Cloud app?

yesterday i copy the files in pc to my cloud,when the copying reach 60% the current was out/brownout then my pc forcibly shutdown,i copy again the files but it says “directory already exist” and i cant copy the original file to complete the unfinished files…can i replace it? thanks…


I assume you have rebooted your MyCloud, since there was a brown-out.  If not then reboot the MyCloud.

Since you were copying the data have you tried deleting the Directory on your MyCloud and re-copying the data?

If all else fails have you tried a “System Restore”, this will not delete any data on your MyCloud.
