Why can't I find my device via My Cloud Home site?

I have a new My Cloud Home device. When I installed it I registered with My Clod Home. I can find all my files which are backed up there via my network on my desktop PC, but if I go online I cannot see the files. I have tried to ‘add device’ but it says it already has it. How can I get to see the files etc. on the actual devicxe via the inetrnet log in? I am a very new user so step ny step help would be appreciated. My operating system is Windows 10 if that matters.

Thank you but apparently the home device does not have the functionality I need so I have returned it and obtained another model which works fine.
