I keep finding that my server, when connecting via FTP to backup, is frequently being autoblocked. The credentials are correct and the service works with I removed the autoblocked IP.
The annoying thing is there is no way to whitelist the server so that this doesn’t keep happening. Pretty poor to be honest and I never experienced this problem with my previous WD MyCloud device.
