White ghosting

I just recently bought a wd live tv plus, and this thing rocks  The only complaint I have so far is that sometimes when I start a .mkv hd file there is like white static for about 20 secondsd or so. Then it dissapears and everything works fine unless i pause the playback for over 5 mins then it will do it again for another 20 seconds and goes away. The files play fine on my computer, I am guessing that there might be a setting that i don’t set correctly and somebody can shine some light on it. Its a small problem but thought I would ask anyways incase its a known setting

I don’t see anything obviously wrong with the file…

Can you post a PHOTO of exactly what you’re seeing?
