Trying to find a location for older versions of the media player firmware. Can find the older live stuff, but so far no
stuff for the newer media player.
Too broad a question. Give info such as WDTV exact model, what FW version, etc.
Why do you need it? Do you know how to roll back FW when necessary?

I have the NTSC model number WDBYMN0000NBK So, wdtv 2nd gen, latest I believe.
I seem to have lost some apps when I reset compared to what I used to have. I used to have 79 apps, then went to 74, and now 77.
I figured out how to hack so my country was the US instead of Canada, which got me from 74 to 77 apps, one of which was pandora.
Am at the current FW of 1.03.07
My thought was if maybe I rolled back I would get the full 79 apps back? And maybe they would stay when I put the fw back to the lastest. But, is this not true? Do folks have the latest stuff just have 77 apps total? I wonder what 2 apps I lost from the 79 I used to have?

Where have you been? WD announced years ago in a past FW update they were deleting some apps, and the ones you are missing are likely those! You don’t need to redo the FW.

I know. But if one were to load older fw, would the apps come back?
No, they have been deleted at the source (at WD).
