I have problems with power supply wd cloud ex4. where I can buy the PSU?

I’m concerned my power supply is dead (I get solid red LED over power button; tried powering down, switching the supply to the other socket in back, but still red LED). So I went looking. There are non-OEM supplies listed on eBay that are specific to the product number, e.g., WDBWWD0120KBK. I cannot vouch for their quality as I have not tried one yet. I’m thinking of ordering one and adding it to see if the problem is solved.
