Where to buy bubble wrap or non-movable foam cushioning?

Hello,

I am going to send an external hard drive for replacement. I have read the “Packaging and Shipping Instructions”, and wonder where I can buy bubble wrap or non-movable foam cushioning?

In addition, this might not be relevant but is the cardboard sold by Royal Mail sturdy enough?

I don’t have information on where you can purchase this, but if you have any old boxes that might have bubble wrap or foam, perhaps at the post office or a store similar to office depot you can try to get this, but I don’t know if this would be a sure thing.
