Where is the WD Support to fix buggy SmartWare?

Posted several messages, no response. Posted question directly to WD support. No Response.

SmartWare and the Rules engine tie up the computer immediately you boot. Instead of posting file deltas to the My Passport, it copies the whole lot - gigabytes of files.

I don’t think I’ve seen worse support or worse software.

You can try uninstalling the software and then make sure that you computer is up to date with all the java updates and flash player update. Also what’s the OS that you are running?

Windows updates are also recommended for the software to run 100%
