Where has my backup volume gone?

I preformed my first backup last night, but now the backup volume doesn’t appear on the Retrieve tab. From file explorer, I can see that the backup files are still on the drive. The 2 boxes representing the two drives in the Backup tab are empty. Where has the volume gone?

Are you trying to retreive from the same computer with the same OS?
