Where did my space go?

My 6TB EX2 suddenly showed that I had 37MB left! This was after the FW update. I can file explorer into shares subfolders. I have checked each share and see I have about 1.4GB of total data. I used TreeSize Free to scan the drive and it sees the same amount of data. I have rebuilt the directory. I read multiple post and have ssh into the device and this is the report:

Any ideas will be appreciated
I am also having issues when I try to move large files from the device to PC. The system freezes and I loose dashboard access. Will not allow a log on and the I cannot see files via file explorer. I have let the device be for up to 2 days to see if it will clear on its own. I just have to eventually cut power.
This device is just a couple of months old and I want to make this work.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hello,

After the firmware update, did you tried resetting the unit? If not, please try that.

You can run a system only restore that will not remove any data from the unit or a physical reset using the reset button on the back of the unit.
