Hey guys, I’m a total noob at this, not techy at all. I’m trying to setup my EX4 with my iMac and I can’t get it to connect. (I can connect through the MyCloud Web but not on my local computer). I see it being recognized in Finder under Network but it says connection failed. I’m trying the option of going to Finder>GO> Connect to Network but I don’t know what the IP address is because the small display on the EX4 does not work and I don’t know where else to find it. Can someone help?
