Couple of places on Amazon UK are advertising the new model by name and model number, but they are sending out the old model…
In Germany I just got mine from Redcoon.de ( http://www.redcoon.de/B333024-Western-Digital-TV-Live-Streaming-Media-Player_Desktop-(ab-35)) The have used the old pictures, dont let you confuse by that. It definitely is the new one because the old Live did not have Wi-Fi.

I cannot see any old pictures. This site shows the new WDTV LIve Streaming unit.
