I went to the link provided but could not find “Waranty Status”  Only “Waranty Policy” and “Waranty Extension”.  Niether answered my question.

It depends in the type of RMA you processed. Standard RMA ships after the original product is received while Advanced RMA ships 3-5 business days after the creation of the RMA order. Your RMA Pre-mailer will be updated with a tracking number once it ships.
