I just bought a 4Tb unit and i find i can´t use the twonky because my ps3 doesn´t recognize the format and this old version can´t transcode the file.
Must i return the wd because they are not going to give us an update?
Where must i ask?

There is a firmware update coming, and it will probably include a Twonky update as well. However, it will probably be the same update as was released in the My Book World just recently. I think it was version 5.1.4-1.
