When play MKV (720 or 1080) it suddenly stop from playing

Hello to all of you,

Please tell me why my WD suddenly stops playing my MKV files, 720 or 1080.

PS: It is a very ■■■■■ situation, I think may be it will be better if I will stop using it.

To muzztard: so what there is another threat opened? Do you think that will solve my problem? Let WD see that there are a lot of devices with the same problem.

I’ve contact WD and what I receive from their part is an e-mail which inform me that I will receive an answer in 24 hour…After 96 hour I have no reply…

Thank you WD for your time…do you know that I’ve pay for something that I can not use?
