 When I try play DVD from Video_ts map, the next and prev functions don’t work, why?

I have:
WD TV HD Media Player, serial number WNT185213847, model/order number WDAVP00BE.
Firmware : WDTV_1_03_01

yes how are people playing dvd video_ts folders? I’ve got some tv programs so several episodes on one disc, how can you pick a particular episode? playing any vob starts from episode 1 and when fast forwarding you can see the end/start of each program.

Is this supposed to be possible?
