When I click on my wd passport and i hit open file location browse files no longer comes up. remove device comes up in its place. I’m stumped I tried changing the wire, checked the driver and tried a different input plug. Any suggestions? I recently downloaded a few thousand pictures and a few videos and that’s about it.

Hello, Do you see the drive under computer? Are you able to access it this way? Do you receive an error message if you try to open it?
I see it under devices and printers. when I right click on it I now get the choices: remove device; properties; create shortcut; or troubleshoot.
