When my computer sleeps and wakes I sometimes am disconnected from the cloud. Usually it reconnects within ten minutes, but how can I force a reconnect so I don’t have to wait? Just wanna thank everyone on here again for helping me out with this device. Everything else is working wonderfully.
Is your My Cloud connected to your router? If yes, reboot your router.

Try mapping a network drive to one of your shares. Make sure to select reconnect at logon. When your PC wakes up the mapped drive might have an X on it but you can click it and it will reconnect.
