I have a 2006 Mac Pro running El Capitan (Mac OS 10.11.6), along with (8) G-SPEED eS RAID arrays. However since making the upgrade from Snow Leopard, none of the RAID units appear on the desktop or are accessible using the RAID controller GUI.
The lastest I’ve learned is that the RocketRaid 2314 SATA cards are no longer recognized by El Capitan, and High Point’s latest driver for that card isn’t compatible with El Capitan.
If anyone has a similar setup, does yours work? I have to decide whether I should install a newer High Point 644 or Sonnet Tempo SATA card. But I am eager to learn what might work for other users in the world. Please share what you may, thank you.
