What updaate do I download

I have a Elements play multimedia drive 3gb which I have transferred some movies to however they have no sound. It has been suggested that I update the firmware but which one do I download, the NTSC or Pal one.

It will depend on the region that you are located and how is your device configure.

NTSC is for, United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, South Korea,
and Taiwan.

And  PAL is for Europe, Greenland, parts of Africa and South America, the Mideast,
China, India, Australia, and Indonesia.
