I bought My Cloud PR4100 on July 2020, I upgraded it from 4gb Ram to 16Gb Ram, rarely used it because of current Corona circumstances and also because many missing functions that made me remove my disks from it again and put it over the shelf after 2 months Max.
what is the options that WD can Buy it back from me with reduced price ? is there something like this in the policy or warranty or whatever?
Why you dont sell it on ebay?
