What is required for replication to Arkeia Virtual Appliance

Hi,

We have an Arkeia physical appliance which backups locally, we want to replicate these backups to an Arkeia Virtual Appliance at an offsite location.

I have an ARK_CLOUDREP licence for the remote virtual appliance, do I need any other licence on the remote side for replication? There are no servers being backed up directly at the remote site, this is used for replication only.
