What is process to get money back?

It has been two months since a new release caused a mp4 audio sync problem.  I figure two months is long enough for you to fix this problem.

But, Best Buy will not take the unit back…since I have had the unit for over 30 days.

So what is the process to return the unit to WD and get my money back?

Look, I would be willing to wait, but I don’t even know if WD is going to fix the problem.  In this forum I have not seen WD acknowledge the problem or suggest that it will be fixed.

Have you search the rest of the forum about this? I’d give it a try. You might find some help in other threads.  Or, have you tried contacting WD’s Technical Support about this? I would consider giving them a call or sending them an email.
