What Does Safepoint Do?

Can anyone tell me what Safepoint actually backs up? I use SmartWare to backup my PC to a My Cloud device, but I can’t find what Safepoint does? There doesn’t seem to be many options for choosing what Safepoint backs up … does it make a disk image?

Safepoint basically clones your MyCloud drive to another external drive. It creates a back up of your backup.

But, for me It always errors out with iTunes installed on the shared music folder. which **bleep** gurrr…WD needs to fix this iTuens problem ASAP
