What do I do to recover from loss of internal hard drive C?

I recently installed a My Book Essential and now I’m wondering how to recover the data from the WD drive if I have a failure of the C drive and have to replace it.

The manual (65 PAGES!) doesn’t seem to cover that.

I don’t have a problem now, but I’d like to know what to do if it happens.

ease use data recovery wizard professional but personally i havent had to use it but i have it installed… it looks promising though…
