What are some good ways to organize my files?

hey WD community. I’m glad i’ve found you!

I have a 1tb Live hub and am putting loads of mkv movies and tv shows onto the device. I am using it at a cottage where there is no internet or network so everything has to be onboard. The problem I’m having is organizing all the files. I have put some movies on with xml and jpeg info, and some without. I don’t want to use the discovery tool and upload everything again as it is fairly time consuming.

Is there a way to add xml and jpeg information to files already on the unit? Also, How can I edit folder names on the unit?

XML and JPEGS need to come from somewhere, and if there’s no network access then there are not a lot of options.
