When I try to copy files from my Passport to my Laptop the WDSync stop working after I selected the files to copy. Anyone know how to solve this?

The current version of WD Sync only supports WD NAS devices and does not support WD Passport hard drives. If you have an older unit with the original version of WD Sync, please bear in mind that version of WD Sync may not work in Microsoft Windows 7 onwards.

Thanks. That mean I may need an machine with XP ?
Do you know any other comercial software that can read and recover the outlook files I have there?

Files copied via WD Sync are designed to be handled by the application.

If the original computer is still available you can export your data into a single .PST file using Outlook.
