Due to power surge my hard drive got damage it wont turn
on…then i took to the local hdd recovery they replace Tvs didoes and then hdd
turn.Motor star spinning but it making soft clicking sound and not detecting on bios.
I replace the u12 ic with identical pcb but same problem.
any solution???
