Hello. Have this problem. I’ve read this topic but the solution didnt help me. I’ve tried the WdSSpd.exe utility and it say, that the HDD has the best speed for negotiation. But it still detects as SATA II.
I’ve tried to connect to support, but it says I have wrong serial number and wrong product number and I cant to make a request.
I try to enter the s/n from it but cant. Please, what can I do, to fix the problem?
