I have read a topic of a memeber in WD comunity.
He also have the same problem as me. Why all the employees specially an employee named Nam Tang being so rude to customer who always supporting Western Digital?! - I have been warrantied my disk and the warranty on my drive has been updated, but why he doesn’t let me receive my Warranty Replacement Disk? Is he trying to hide my disk? Or his manager don’t know how to teach an employee to return customer’s Disk? OMG, I am so upset with this Western Digital Warranty Centre in Ho Chi Minh City.
Please, ADMIN - Please help me with this problem. They are trying to hide or extend the time i receive my stuff?
