Use the RAID manager and set it to RAID 0 . You may have to download it from WD. The down side to RAID 0 is if one drive goes bad all your stuff is gone.

The RAID drives can be used in a mirrored setup so the information is complete on both drives, in this case 1T. In RAID 0 this drive will act like one big drive and be 2T capacity. The down side of RAID 0 is if one drive dies you may loose all of your data.
