I seethe three drives that are located on My Book Studio Edition II WD20000H2Q-00 in the lower pane/window. While the three appear in the lower pane/window, there is NO entry in the upper pane/window. [See image.]
As a result, I have no status and I cannot run any diagnostics.
Other non-WDC tools do see the HDD device/system.
Yes, Win10 Explorer shows the three and I can access the three.
Crystal DiskInfo 7.1.1 x64 does see the entire unit. [See image.]
