Hello there.
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have the above device and is now not registering on my PC (Windows). Previously it was intermittently showing up in my list of drives when I connected the computer but now doesn’t show at all.
I have noticed that the blue flashing light flickers on the side of the box that flashed from time to time comes on briefly when you insert the power cable into the device but then it goes off and the drive does not appear at all.
Has anyone else experienced this and resolved this problem?
