I need folowing information (couldn’t find in any manuals)
What voltage and amperage need this device for correct work? I don’t understatd in what issue. Sometimes my device couldn’t switch off with safely remove or rarely it switch off without any manipulations, it can be drivers or power supply?

The power supply for the Elements Desktop has 12 Volts, 1.5 Amps, 18 Watts. If you notice your device is not performing correctly, you can try running a test using the DLG tool. Follow the link below for more information. You can also try connecting the power cable directly to a wall socket.

Also try plugging the power supply straight into a wall outlet instead of the surge protector.
