As a business partner I bought a Western Digital 8 TB Red Drive 5 month ago and the Drive is manufactured on May 26, 2018 ( according to the label on the drive). This drive should have a three or five year warranty. The company does not honor the warranty. Oddly their site says this drive is not under warranty. Serial Number of the Drive is R6H03VXY, manufactured on May, 26, 2018. I am very disappointed of the company. I even opened a case to resolve it but folks that answer the phones and emails have no authority and keep giving us a round around.
