I bought Western Digital 4TB My Cloud WDBCTL0040HWT yesterday, connected to the home network and install the apps.
At first I tried to copy 300GB of pics to mycloud, after 30gb transferd the app of my cloud not responding.
I made a firmware update and still same problem.
Thanks for your help.
can this product act as dropbox (sync) ?

Try to transfer the files through finder or windows explorer, depending on the operating system you have on the computer?

Yes, WD Sync will sync a folder (or multiple folders) on one’s computer to their My Cloud.
